On September 17-30th, I will be China for a Chinese Medicine conference on Internal Medicine, Autoimmune, and Oncology. Here, I will be learning about new research, herbal medicine, integration of Eastern and Allopathic/Western Medicine, and breakthroughs that are happening over there.
Summer is upon us. Warmer weather, warmer ocean, and warmer hearts. We must always remember that we are all blessed to be here today and any day of the year. Even the sunniest days cannot brighten a few folks fighting depression and battling mental health. I want the joy of summer to reflect in all our hearts.
This paper is a researched-based comparison of two different types of therapy used in Chinese Medicine. I am sharing my evaluation of research to support our evidence-based practice in the clinic.
