Actually my New Year starts on Feb 16 – the first day of the Lunar New Year. Also, it is the year of the earth dog. What are your goals for 2018? Loose weight? Feel healthier? Exercise more? I can’t believe how fast summer came and went. How can it be Fall already? Time flies when you are busy and living life. My life gets busy too. This summer I started working on my PhD. I’m always trying to learn, improve myself, my skills and practice so I can serve you best. I use Qi Qong to help center my energy so I can focus on what matters and my own personal health.
